Red Flag AI is an entertainment and informational tool that uses artificial intelligence to provide an assessment of photographs you submit, in the context of online dating. The Service produces an AI-generated opinion only.
The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. AI assessments may be incomplete or wrong and must not be relied upon as fact. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for how you interact with other people. Always exercise caution and common sense when meeting people online.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to submit only photographs you are lawfully permitted to use, and not to use the Service to harass, defame, stalk, or harm any person, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for misuse.
Photo checks are paid for with credits purchased inside Telegram (e.g. Telegram Stars). Prices are shown before purchase. Credits are for use within the Service and do not expire. New users receive a limited number of free checks.
We aim to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Flag AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
