Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Red Flag AI. This policy explains when credits and payments can be refunded.

1. Automatic refund on failed checks

Credits are only consumed when a check completes successfully. If a check fails to produce a result for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

2. Free trial

Every new user gets free checks before any payment, so you can evaluate the Service at no cost before buying credits.

3. Purchased credits

Because credits unlock a digital service that is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you bought credits and have not used any of them, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund request.

4. Billing problems

If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or believe a payment was made in error, contact us with the details and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.

5. How to request

Email support@flaggedai.online from the account you used, describing the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
