Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Red Flag AI ("we", "the Service") handles and how. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Data we process

• Telegram identifiers: your Telegram user/chat ID and language setting, used to run the Service and track your credit balance.
• Photos you send: processed solely to generate your assessment (see below).
• Payment records: a record that a purchase occurred and how many credits it added. Payments are handled by Telegram and/or third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your card or wallet details.

2. How photos are handled

Photos you submit are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce the assessment, then discarded. We do not build a permanent library of your photos and we do not use them to identify you outside the Service.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not publish or disclose your submissions to other users.

4. Third parties

The Service relies on Telegram (messaging & payments), Google Gemini (AI analysis), and our hosting/database provider for storing your balance. Each processes data only as needed to provide the Service.

5. Retention

Submitted photos are not retained after processing. Your account record (Telegram ID, language, balance, payment history) is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
